Abdur-Rahman bin Abdul Aziz as-Sudais an-Najdi was born in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in 1961. He is high priest of the Holy City of the Grand Mosque of Mecca, Arab Bani Saudi. Sudais from Anza. He has memorized the Qur'an at the age of 12 years. Growing up in Riyadh, Sudais studied at the elementary school of Al-Muthana Harith bin, and then college in Riyadh Scientific Institution and graduated in 1979 with good grades. He received a diploma from the University of Sharia in Riyadh in 1983, and became a member of the PPI (Basic Knowledge of Islam) as the giver of lectures or lecturers. He studied Islam from his teacher at the Islamic University of Imam Muhammad ibn Saud in 1987 and received his Ph.D. He was active in the University of Umm al-Qura Islamic Sharia in 1995 as an assistant professor after activation at Riyadh University.
