Fazl Mosque in UK

Fazl Mosque is situated at 16 Gressenhall Road, Wands worth, UK near King George's Park. This mosque was founded by Hazrat Mirza Basheer-ud-Din Mahmood Ahmad, in 1924 and inaugurated on October 23, 1926. Fazl Mosque is made on Indo Architectural Style. It has one dome. Being the first Ahmadiyya mosque of London it is also called the London Mosque by Ahmadiyya followers. Since April 1984 it is used by the Ahmadiyya sect's Khalifatul Masih as residence.

Al-Masjid al-Haram Mosque



Al-Masjid al-Haram (The Holy Mosque) of Mecca


Al-Masjid al-Haram in Saudi Arabia, is the holiest mosque in the world and the main destination of the Hajj pilgrimage. It is also known as Masjid al-Haram, al-Haram Mosque, Haram al-Sharif, Masjid al-Sharif. It covers an area of 356,800 square meters and can accommodate up to 820,000 worshippers during the Hajj. It is the only mosque that has no qibla direction as Muslims pray facing the Ka'ba in the central courtyard.

What is a Mosque?

A mosque is a place where muslims perform their prayers and worship Allah. Mosque in Arabic is 'Masjid'. Mosque reflects the idea of universal equality and brotherhood in Islam as all can stand side by side to perform their prayer irrespective of their wealth, color and race. In almost all the countries there are mosques where people meet five times a day to worship Allah. Mosque are built over the years with intrcate design and architecture and their are many beautiful mosques whic soothes our eyes and soul.
